We are recognizing transformational Africans (continentals and descendants), friends of Africa, organizations, and individuals who contribute to Africa’s progress through their work and profound commitment. Join us as we celebrate those making a real impact, both virtually and in Paris.

Nomination Guidelines

Eligibility: All nominees must possess verifiable achievements.
Note: Being a CEO is not a criterion for nomination.
Submission Rule: You are welcome to nominate in more than one category, but please submit one separate form per nomination.
Validation: Unverifiable and incomplete nominations will be dismissed.
Self-Nominations: Self-nominations are allowed.

Short Film Submissions

Theme: Positive Africa. Changing Narratives.

We are accepting submissions for short films depicting a positive image of the African continent and its descendants. Join the conversation and let your storytelling shine on a global stage.

Criteria:

Length: Maximum 7 minutes (New or Old professional productions).
Genre: Open (including Comedy).
Requirement: Director must be available for Q&A sessions.
Submission Deadline: 15th March 2026 (by 11:59 PM CET).
